This product enables the Municipal Corporation to manage its activities such as collecting taxes, managing birth and death  registrations in a scientific manner with minimum effort on one hand. It also Provides an efficient and fast mechanism of grievance redressal, simplify and computerize the sanctioning process for building plan approvals, manage the issue and renewal of health/food and similar licenses and monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the license. Help public to calculate the property tax of their existing buildings or to be constructed buildings.

Key Modules

• Tax and Non tax Collection: The Property Tax Module enables the corporation to manage its activity of identifying and assessing properties, collecting property taxes in a scientific manner with minimum effort on one hand, and on the other, ensure maximum convenience to the citizens by making the entire process hassle free and transparent.
• Water Connections, Supply and billing: To manage the water supply network in the corporation, provide back-office automation for connections application, approval, and billing etc.
• Birth & Death: To maintain a comprehensive record of birth and death registrations through online from the hospitals in the city and from other sources, and to improve the quality and speed of delivery of certificates to citizens
• Works Management: Manage planning and execution of projects and works and the expenditure incurred at the unit level (generally referred to as a ward). Track each and every engineering project/work taken up by the corporation at the ward level from the approval stage to the completion stage. Track the bills and payments against each project/work code. To provide the citizens and the elected representatives with information pertaining to works in their ward.
• Citizens Grievance Module: An efficient system of monitoring the internal redressal mechanism and take steps to improve the same. Providing multiple channels of grievance recording, in order to make it more citizen friendly.
• Building Plan Approval: Receipt and recording of building plan approval applications.Classification of applications and forwarding to the respective authority for sanctioning based on the dimension, type of construction and other defined criteria.
• Solid Waste Management: Scheduling  of  garbage  collection  and  cleaning  activities  with  the  objective  of maximizing citizen friendliness on the one hand and optimum use of resources on the other record the volume of garbage collected and disposed on a daily basis,collection of fees and charges if any and accounting for the same under proper heads
• D&O Trade PFA license and other Health Regulation related activities: Manage the issue and renewal of health/food and similar licenses and monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the license.
