Purchase of a Poise software license comes with one year support and free software
upgrades. This support includes answering any questions regarding the use of the
software. Questions can be initiated by opening a ticket at our support site: http://support.maruticomputers.com
You will get a response within 4 business hours of the ticket submission. Depending
on the nature and complexity of the question or problem, our support representative
may interact with you through phone, chat, or useing web-conferencing tools.
In addition, all software updates including new software releases will be available
for free from within one year of purchase.
At the end of one year, the POISE support can be continued on a yearly basis with
maintenance contracts. Please contact us
for maintenance contract pricing.
